• All products are custom-made and fulfilled by professional partners and third-party carriers.

• Production typically takes 2–7 business days.

• Shipping times vary depending on your location and the type of product. Orders with multiple items may arrive in separate packages.

• Delivery dates is not guaranteed. Unexpected production or shipping delays may occur.

2.2. Returns & Refund

• Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind.

• We only offer refunds and returns if the item arrives damaged, defective, or partial refund on our originals if there's a noticeable issue or slight variations (e.g., wrong style, size or product was sent, misalignment, incorrect image).

• Refund/return requests must be submitted within 15 days of receiving your order and must include clear photo proof of the issue.

• Return shipping fee may be required in some cases.

2.9. Custom-Made Products & Expectations

All products are made-to-order and fulfilled by third-party providers through Printify. This means items are only produced once an order is placed. Slight variations in color, alignment, or print placement may occur due to the nature of the custom printing process. Orders with multiple items may ship separately.
